The rules for using HTG DIGITAL and placing digital orders

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using HTG Digital Store at htgtopup.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the service.

2. Use of service

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, making a payment, or placing a top-up order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.

3. Purchases and payments

All prices are listed in LKR. We may update prices at any time. By purchasing through the site, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of checkout. Payments may be processed through secure third-party gateways such as Visa, MasterCard, or EzCash.

4. Refunds and physical goods

Digital orders cannot be returned, canceled, exchanged, or refunded once placed or processed. If HTG DIGITAL offers a physical product in the future, any refund request for that physical item may be reviewed only after the item is returned in at least 90% original condition.

If the physical product is damaged, used heavily, opened in a harmful way, missing parts, or below 90% original condition, no refund will be approved.

5. Prohibited activities

You may not use the service for illegal or abusive behavior. This includes:

• Attempting to bypass security controls or payment protections
• Hacking, exploiting, or disrupting the website
• Using bots or scraping tools without permission
• Submitting fraudulent orders or payment attempts

Fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of liability

HTG Digital Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from using or being unable to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

7. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates are published means you accept the revised version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
